3/2-way solenoid valve, impulse function, G 1/2, 2250 l/min, 12 V DC - E.MC

A G 1/2 3/2-way solenoid valve: the 12 V DC coil actuates a pilot stage, which shifts the spool using supply air. That gives the valve 2250 l/min with a nominal size of 8 mm.

• Impulse function: a short switching pulse is enough, and the position is held if the signal drops out.
• 2250 l/min with a nominal size of 8 mm, 2x G 1/2 ports and 1x G 1/2 exhaust.
• Response time below 50 ms at 5 bar, up to 5 cycles per second.

• Aluminium body and spool, NBR seals, service life of at least 40 million cycles.

Applications

• Memory function in control circuits where a switching state must be held without a continuous signal.
• Driving single-acting cylinders that must not retract if the signal is lost.
• Piloting larger valves or actuators via G 1/2.

Accessories and spare parts

The valve uses two coils of type T1 (connector size 1). A matching replacement coil for 12 V DC is available separately and can be changed without opening the air circuit.
