Non-restricting swivel elbow, M 22x1.5, tube 16 S, stainless steel 1.4571, no nut or ring

Once installed, the swivel elbow coupling takes a precision tube through a cutting ring to a metric male stud thread and still swivels freely in its plane. This version comes with male stud thread M 22x1.5 and tube connection 16 S (M24x1.5). It is complemented by a temperature range of -60 to +400 °C. Also stated are heavy series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

In machine building the non-restricting version in stainless steel 1.4571 replaces the bend that would otherwise be needed and holds 400 bar.

Standards and conformity

The coupling belongs to the cutting ring system for precision tubes. The tube is cut off square, deburred inside and out and cleaned, and no tube cutter is used.
