Description

At 171 mm overall length, this S2V terminal fits 8 valve stations into a small footprint. It is controlled conventionally through a 25-pin D-sub connector, no bus module required.

Advantages

Mounts on a DIN rail or with screws and runs on filtered air without a lubricator.
One 25-pin D-sub connector for all solenoids, swivelling by 90° for a vertical or horizontal cable exit.
G 1/8 outlets directly on the valves, easy to reach from above, 16 mm pitch.
Reconfigurable: each station takes a single or double solenoid 5/2-way valve, a 5/3-way valve, a 2x 3/2-way valve or a blanking plate.
Low heat load in the cabinet at 0.8 W per solenoid, with an LED for every switching state.

Applications

Handling stations and fixtures with eight cylinders supplied from one point.
Controllers with a digital output card and no fieldbus, where a pre-assembled multipole cable replaces individual wiring.
Open DIN rail installation where hoses are plugged in and checked from above.
