S2V series valve terminal, 4 stations 5/2-way, EtherNet/IP, G 1/8 side ports on sub-base - E.MC

On machines with EtherNet/IP control, this terminal drives up to 4 double-acting cylinders or other actuators. The bus module sits directly on the valve block, power and bus connect via M12 plugs, and each valve draws 0.8 W.

Advantages

• Mounts on a DIN rail or with screws and runs on filtered air without a lubricator.
• EtherNet/IP right on the valve block: bus via 2x M12 socket, 4-pin, D-coded, power via M12, 5-pin, A-coded. The bus module draws less than 120 mA.
• Diagnostics for short circuit, wire break, reverse polarity and under- or overvoltage, with a configurable safe output state on bus failure.
• G 1/8 outlets on the sub-base: hoses stay connected when a valve is replaced.
• Reconfigurable: each station takes a single or double solenoid 5/2-way valve, a 5/3-way valve, a 2x 3/2-way valve or a blanking plate.

Applications

• Compact assemblies such as grippers, clamping or lifting units with up to 4 double-acting cylinders.
• Plants with a EtherNet/IP network where the terminal sits on the machine as a separate node.
• Installation in shallow housings or profile frames where hoses are routed out to the side.
