Valve terminal 2 Series, 10x 5/2-way single solenoid, G 1/8 top-ported, EtherNet/IP - E.MC

With its integrated EtherNet/IP module, this valve terminal works decentrally, close to the cylinders. 10 single-solenoid 5/2-way valves on a 16 mm pitch switch at 1.5 to 8 bar.

Advantages

• Straight onto EtherNet/IP: bus connection 2x M12 socket, 4-pin, D-coded, power via M12, no output card needed in the controller.
• Reconfigurable: any station can later take a valve with one or two coils, including 5/3-way or 2x 3/2-way functions.
• Long service life: at least 40 million cycles, aluminium body and spool, NBR seals.
• Diagnostics over the bus: short circuit, wire break, reverse polarity, under- and overvoltage are reported, and the output state on bus failure is configurable.
• Ports within easy reach: the G 1/8 outlets sit on top of the valves, easy to get at during commissioning.

• Layouts with little room to the side, where the tubes leave upwards
• Multi-axis sequences with up to 10 cylinders supplied centrally from one valve terminal
• Assembly and packaging machines with mid-size cylinders that need more flow per valve
• Decentralised valve terminals right at the machine, integrated into an existing EtherNet/IP network
