About V-hose connectors

V hose connectors join PA and PUR tubing in pneumatic control lines without a threaded fitting. The range covers hose inside diameters from 3 to 6 mm and is rated for working pressures up to 10 bar. The parts are made of brass CW617N combined with acetal copolymer (POM).

What matters when choosing

• Hose I.D. 3, 4 or 6 mm: the connector has to match the nominal size of the tubing already installed, otherwise the joint will not stay tight.
• Max. working pressure 10 bar is enough for control air. Where full mains pressure is present, choose a different type of connection.
• Material pairing brass CW617N and acetal copolymer (POM): the brass carries the pressure load, POM keeps weight and cost down.
• Temperature range -10 °C to 60 °C should be checked for lines routed near heat sources or outdoors.
• Installed length L2 determines how much room the joint needs inside a cable duct or behind a cabinet door.
