Valve amplifiers from Bosch Rexroth condition the electrical control signal for proportional and servo valves. They convert the input signal into the matching solenoid current and provide functions such as ramp generation and current control.
The sample product is a valve amplifier of the VT-SSPA1 range. Such amplifiers are the link between the higher-level control and the actuating solenoid of the valve.
Valve amplifiers convert an analogue or digital input signal into the controlled solenoid current of proportional and continuous valves. Through ramps, gain and current control they influence the dynamic behaviour of the valve and thus the motion quality of the hydraulic drive.
