The SMC AC#B maintenance unit combines an air filter and a pressure regulator in one modular housing. It filters the compressed air and provides a constant, adjustable working pressure at the outlet, without a separate lubricator.
The series covers sizes AC10B to AC40B with more than 460 items. Different port threads as well as variants with pressure gauge and mounting elements are available.
Filter-regulator combinations are used wherever filtered compressed air with a stable working pressure is required but oiling of the air is undesirable or unnecessary. Typical cases are control air circuits, supply for pneumatic valves and applications with oil-free components.
