Adjustable L connector, tube 38 S, stainless steel 1.4571, no nut or ring

Once installed, the adjustable L connector turns a precision tube through 90 degrees and joins it to a tube stud with a sealing cone and an O-ring. It is produced from stainless steel 1.4571. The data give tube stud 38 S and tube connection 38 S (M52x2). In addition the data give heavy series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

Where a line of the heavy series is opened often, tightness is kept because the O-ring seals and not the metal face.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
