Blanking plate for 5/2-way and 5/3-way manifold bases, RV20 valve range, 23 mm pitch - E.MC

Spare stations on a valve group need a tight closure. The blanking plate from the E.MC V/RV Series Manifold fits RV20 5/2-way and 5/3-way manifold bases with a 23 mm pitch and is bolted on just like a valve.

Advantages

• Matches the 23 mm pitch of the RV20 size exactly.
• Scope of delivery according to E.MC: plate, seal and fixing screws, nothing else required.
• Aluminium with NBR seal, like the body of the manifold base.
• 5/2 and 5/3 valves share the same interface, so one blanking plate covers both.

Applications

• Temporarily removed valve, so the other stations keep running
• Machine variants with fewer functions on the same valve group
• Spare stations on an oversized base that will receive valves later

Accessories and spare parts

Fits RV20 5/2-way and 5/3-way manifold bases with a 23 mm pitch, regardless of the number of stations on the base.
