Manifold base for 5/2-way and 5/3-way valves, 10 stations, G 1/4, for RV20 valves - E.MC

Where many actuators are switched from one place, this base replaces 10 individually plumbed valves. The manifold from the E.MC V/RV Series Manifold holds 10 RV20 5/2-way and 5/3-way valves at a 23 mm pitch and supplies them centrally through G 1/4.

Advantages

• 23 mm pitch to the E.MC datasheet: valves sit side by side and the valve bank stays narrow.
• Aluminium body with NBR seals, screws and seals for mounting the valves are included.
• 5/2 and 5/3 valves share the same interface according to E.MC, so both types can be mixed on one base.
• Common G 1/4 supply channel: one channel serves all 10 stations, no separate feed line or tee per valve.
• Collective exhaust through 4x G 1/4: fit 4 silencers or pipe the exhaust away from all valves at once.

• Central valve group in the machine frame or control cabinet, with tubing running out to the actuators
• Double-acting cylinders, one 5/2-way valve per actuator on the base
• Actuators that must hold an intermediate position, using 5/3-way valves on the same stations
• Rotary and linear actuators of one machine supplied from a single valve group

Accessories and spare parts

Unused stations are closed with a matching blanking plate, supplied with seal and fixing screws for the 23 mm pitch. That way the base can be sized generously and filled later. Replacement seals with screws are available as a set for valve changes.
