5/2-way air operated valve, double pilot, bistable, G 1/8, pilot ports 2x M 5, 590 l/min - YPC SFP2200

The YPC SFP2200 is a double pilot 5/2-way valve with two M 5 pilot ports. A short pressure pulse on one side switches it over, after which the spool stays put until the opposite side gets a pulse. This lets pneumatic sequence controls switch cylinders with 590 l/min through G 1/8.

Advantages

• Impulse operation: the switched position is held even after pilot pressure is released.
• Oil-free operation: no lubrication required, if lubricated use ISO VG32 oil.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass fibre reinforced polyamide.
• Effective area 12.6 mm² according to YPC, same body style as the SF series solenoid valves.

Applications

• Pneumatic sequence controls in which limit valves switch the valve back and forth.
• Compact handling and assembly fixtures with small cylinders and G 1/8 lines.
• Flaps and gates that must hold their position after the switching pulse.
