S1V series valve terminal, 14 x 5/2-way single solenoid, M5 top ports, PROFIBUS DP - E.MC

With 14 stations, the terminal groups the valves of a whole machine module in one place. The integrated PROFIBUS DP module takes switching commands straight from the controller, and every station carries a single-solenoid 5/2-way valve drawing 0.8 W. The M5 working ports are on top of the valves.

Advantages

• Easy to reconfigure: every position takes a single or double solenoid valve, including 5/3 and 2x 3/2 functions

• Diagnostics: reports short circuit, open load, reverse polarity, under- and overvoltage, with a configurable output state on bus failure

• Pneumatic grippers, rotary actuators and stoppers in assembly and test fixtures
• Decentralised valve manifold mounted on the machine and linked to the controller via PROFIBUS DP instead of discrete wiring
• Layouts where tubing exits upwards and every station stays clearly assigned
• Driving small double-acting cylinders and compact slides whose air demand is well covered by about 230 l/min per station

Accessories and spare parts

Blanking plates for unused positions, individual valves in other functions, M5 push-in fittings, silencers and mounting screws are available separately. Matching M12 cables are available for the bus line and the power supply.
