5/2-way solenoid valve, double solenoid (bistable), G 1/2, 3500 l/min, 230 V AC - YPC SF6200

Two solenoids, two stable positions. A short pulse shifts this 5/2-way valve and it stays there after the voltage drops, so a double-acting cylinder keeps the last commanded position. Flow at the G 1/2 ports is 3500 l/min. With 230 V AC it switches directly from the mains, no extra power supply needed.

Advantages

• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.

Applications

• Pulse-controlled cycling where no coil stays energised permanently.
• High-volume double-acting cylinders that hold their end position without a holding signal.
• Diverters, flaps and gates in conveyors that must not change over on a power failure.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 230 V AC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
