Screw fitting series made of stainless steel for all applications where compliance with strict tightness, pressure and temperature requirements is essential. The parts are manufactured without rubber seals, in other words they are ideal for very high temperatures or for use with corrosive liquids, e.g. in cases when FPM is no longer suitable.

About Male elbows

Elbow fittings take the line through 90 degrees and save space right at the cylinder or valve. Tube outside diameters from 4 to 12 mm are covered, with threads from M5 up to G 1/2 male.

What matters when choosing

• Identify the thread on the component first. Parallel threads run from M5 to G 1/2 male, tapered ones from R 1/8 to R 1/2 male, and female G 1/8, G 1/4 and G 1/2 are available as well.
• The hose sets the size. Outside diameters of 4 to 12 mm and inside diameters of 2 to 10 mm are listed, depending on whether the tube is pushed in or slid onto a barb.
• Material follows the medium and the surroundings. Nickel-plated brass and CW614N brass are the standard, POM, PA and polypropylene save weight, and stainless steel 1.4404, 1.4571 and PFA cover chemically demanding cases.
• Sealing material is a choice between NBR, silicone-free NBR and FKM (FPM). Silicone-free is mandatory wherever silicone contamination has to be ruled out in production.
• Maximum working pressure is given as 10 to 25 bar depending on design, operating pressure as 10 to 18 bar. For vacuum circuits the figures reach down to -0.98 bar.
