About Distributor pipes

A distributor pipe brings several compressed air tapping points together at one place in the line instead of using a separate tee for each outlet. The pipes in this group have an outside diameter of 25 to 44 mm and are rated up to 10 bar operating pressure. End connections and outlets come with either male or female thread.

What matters when choosing

• Tube O.D. 25 to 44 mm: the diameter decides how much air the pipe carries when several outlets are open at the same time without a noticeable pressure drop.
• Number of outlets: the range covers 2, 3 and 4 outlets. Leaving one spare outlet means a tapping point can be added later without replacing the pipe.
• Version with sealing ring on the male thread or without: with the ring no extra sealant is needed at the inlet, without it the plant standard applies.
• Thread type of the outlets: male and female versions are available, which decides whether a coupling or a hose fitting can be screwed on directly.
• Max. operating pressure 10 bar applies to all 18 items and has to be above the network pressure of the compressed air system.
