Valve terminal without valves, 20 stations, PROFIBUS DP, 24 V DC, IP 65, aluminium

The valve terminal is supplied without valves and accepts up to 20 stations that are addressed via PROFIBUS DP. Instead of many single wires, one bus cable to the controller is enough, which cuts wiring effort and sources of error in the cabinet. Every valve solenoid runs on 24 V DC and draws only 1.3 W, with an LED status indicator and a protective circuit provided per station. Operating pressure ranges from 3 to 8 bar, and 0 to 8 bar are possible when the separate pilot air port is used. A body of aluminium and plastic with NBR seals covers -10 to +50 °C at degree of protection IP 65.

Standards and conformity

The terminal meets degree of protection IP 65 and is controlled via PROFIBUS DP. A tolerance of ± 10 % applies to the 24 V DC control voltage.
