A fixed pressure reducing valve has to be readjusted by hand whenever the process changes. The DRE20-6X/100YMG24-8K4M instead reduces pressure steplessly to the electrical command value and handles up to 300 l/min in size 25.

Technical data

Application

The valve belongs wherever a single consumer runs at a lower pressure than the rest of the circuit, for example a clamping fixture on a press or a feed drive. The electrical command value lets the reduced pressure be changed during the running cycle without opening up the system. Controller design and output stage sit in the external electronics, so the valve itself stays a purely hydraulic bolt-on part.
