In clamping and feed circuits the pressure should not be set once but changed from the machine control. The pressure reducing valve DRE20-6X/200YMG24-8K4M reduces the pressure in line with the command value signal, works up to a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar and allows a maximum flow of 300 l/min. It is controlled electrically with external electronics at a supply voltage of 24 VDC.

Applications

Typical places of use are clamping fixtures, feed drives and test rigs in which the pressure has to change during the cycle. Because the electronics sit outside the valve, the command value is processed in the control cabinet and the valve keeps to the hydraulic task.
