Pressure Reducing Valve DRE10-6X/50YG24K4M - Bosch Rexroth R901324518

When a sub-circuit has to run at a lower pressure than the pump delivers, and that pressure has to be adjustable from the controller, the DRE10-6X/50YG24K4M takes over the job. Actuation is electrical with external electronics, supplied at 24 VDC through a connector 3-pole (2 + PE) according to EN 175301-803. The valve reduces pressure in line with the command value signal at up to 315 bar operating pressure.

Applications

Typical locations are clamping circuits, feed axes and tool clamps whose pressure has to change with the recipe or the workpiece. Sizing follows the flow of the sub-circuit up to 300 l/min and a system pressure of up to 315 bar. The external electronics generate the solenoid current from the controller command value, the valve itself carries no amplifier stage.
