Secondary circuits such as tool clamping, cooling or lubrication often hang on the same pump as the main drive and cannot take its pressure. The 3DREME10P-7X/100Y build separates the two levels by lowering the pressure from P to A along a 4...20 mA current command. Up to 300 l/min maximum flow and 315 bar operating pressure are permitted.

Application

The valve is used in tool clamping, lubrication and cooling circuits on machine tools, presses and machining centres with a central power unit. Because the command value comes from the controller, the secondary circuit can be set differently for each machining step. The external pilot drain keeps the value clear of back pressure in the collecting return.
