When the cut-off pressure of a machine has to come from the controller instead of a hand setting, a proportional pressure relief valve does the work. The DBGT-1X/400VE1 is pilot operated in poppet seat design, follows the electrical command value through a DC motor and relieves up to 600 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar.

Applications

The valve limits pressure in forging presses, deep drawing lines and test benches where the working pressure changes from one program step to the next. An electrical command value allows pressure ramps and takes the peak out of the circuit during switching. Poppet seat design keeps leakage low in the closed state, which matters for holding functions. The flow of 600 l/min also covers circuits with large cylinders.
