Selection follows the inside diameter plus wall thickness, which set flow rate as well as pressure rating, the minimum bend radius of 13 to 90 mm, then the supply form. Stock covers cut lengths from 50 metre reels, 25 metre reels, 100 metre reels in six colours.

⚡Bend radius from 13 mm - the minimum bend radius runs from 13 to 90 mm depending on size, which limits routing inside a control cabinet.

⚡Working pressure up to 27 bar - small bores such as 6 x 4 mm reach 27 bar, larger sizes such as 14 x 11 mm rate 16 bar.

⚡Three supply forms - cut length from a 50 metre reel, 25 metre reel, 100 metre reel, small bores also on 200 metre reels.

⚡Six colours - black, natural, blue, red, green, yellow, used to mark separate control circuits.

Applications

The tubing serves as control line as well as working line on cylinders, valve terminals, grippers. Small bores from 3 x 1.7 mm carry signals in tight spaces, sizes from 10 x 8 mm feed consumers of higher air demand. Coloured versions visibly separate supply from return, or keep several machine circuits apart.
