Cylinders and Lifting Equipment
The Enerpac SyncHoist system is used for synchronous load positioning with multiple hydraulic cylinders. Units run four cylinders, cylinder capacities from 539 kN to 2,204 kN and stroke lengths up to 1,500 mm.
Depending on the version, control is manual, automatic or via a wireless control system. Power supply covers 400 VAC / 50 Hz as well as 460-480 VAC / 60 Hz.
SyncHoist systems are used where heavy loads suspended below a crane must be aligned and positioned precisely. Synchronous control of the four cylinders allows defined adjustment of load height and tilt, for example during assembly, alignment and replacement of large components.
