How to choose Shut-off Valves

What matters when choosing: properties, comparison and typical applications.

Designs

Straight and angle form adaptation to the line routing in the installation.
Drain and vent valve controlled draining or venting of the line.
Quick-closing shut-off valve rapid blocking over a short actuation travel.
Bright / chrome-plated brass chosen to suit the ambient and media requirements.

Typical Applications

Shut-off valves serve to block, drain and vent compressed-air and process lines. They are used where a throttleable or tightly sealing shut-off with a defined closing characteristic is required.
