Adjustable male stud elbow, G 1/2", tube 18 L, zinc-plated steel, no nut or ring

This adjustable male stud elbow leads a precision tube out of a parallel G thread at a right angle and holds it with a cutting ring. The data state a working pressure of 315 bar. The stated material is zinc-plated steel. This version is supplied with light series and scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

For maintenance on a line of the light series only the union nut is undone and the stud thread stays in place.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
