Collar drill bushing form B to DIN 172, bore 6.1 x 10 mm, collar 15 mm, case-hardening steel

This collar drill bushing guides drills and reamers of 6.1 mm diameter over an overall length of 10 mm. The 12 mm outside diameter sits in the press fit of the drill plate, while the 15 mm collar rests on the plate surface and takes up the feed force.

Applications

Dimensions and tolerances follow DIN 172 in form B. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The bushing is made of hardened and ground case-hardening steel with a hardness of 740 ± 80 HV 10.
