Collar drill bushing DIN 172 form B, bore 22.5 mm, length 36 mm, collar 39 mm, hardened steel

This collar drill bushing guides drills and reamers of 22.5 mm diameter over an overall length of 36 mm. The 35 mm outside diameter sits in the press fit of the drill plate, while the 39 mm collar rests on the plate surface and takes up the feed force.

Applications

The basis is DIN 172, form B, with a guiding bore of 22.5 mm. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
