Collar drill bushing form A to DIN 172, bore 35.5 x 56 mm, collar 59 mm, case-hardening steel

This bushing of the medium series guides drills of 35.5 mm diameter over 56 mm. The collar with 5.0 mm height stops the bushing from being pushed down through the holder during machining and sets its height clearly.

Applications

The design complies with DIN 172 form A. In form A the bore is rounded only on the side of the collar. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground.
