In circuits with strongly varying system pressure the pilot stage has to stay independent. The 4WRDE10V100L-6X/VXT/24A1 is fed with pilot oil from outside, returns it internally into the tank channel and, with electrical spool position feedback, meters 100 l/min nominal flow in size 10.

Applications

The valve suits axes whose system pressure falls far during rapid traverse or decompression, for example accumulator circuits and presses with a prefill and a main cylinder. The external supply is taken from a dedicated pilot pressure source while the drain stays inside the valve. The FKM seals are released for HL hydraulic fluid and mounting follows ISO 4401-05-05-0-05.
