When the pressure limit of a machine is adjusted regularly, access to the setting matters. This pilot-operated size 32 relief valve is set on a rotary knob between 3.8 and 315 bar and relieves up to 650 l/min. A mounted directional spool valve with a 24 VDC solenoid unloads the circuit on a command from the control system.

Application

Power units in special machinery, presses and hydraulic clamping systems use the valve as their system pressure limit. The rotary knob helps during commissioning and retooling because the value changes without a tool. Through the 24 VDC solenoid the pump idles at almost no pressure during breaks.
