After a cold start the oil is thick and an axis without position feedback responds later than it does when warm. This 4WRTE controls spool position internally and therefore stays predictable across the whole temperature range, at 220 l/min nominal flow and 350 bar.

Applications

The valve is used on plants with frequent standstills and cold starts, such as workshop presses, test equipment in shift operation and special machines. The on-board electronics sit directly on the valve and need no slot in the control cabinet. HL hydraulic fluid with NBR seals is used.
