3/2-way solenoid valve, normally closed (NC), M5, 190 l/min, 12 V DC - YPC SF1601

For tight spaces and actuators plumbed in M5, the YPC SF1601 offers a 15 mm wide body and 190 l/min at 5 bar. It switches a single-acting cylinder or an air consumer on command. With no voltage the supply port is blocked and the outlet is vented. Only the signal lets air through to the consumer.

• Fast response of 25 ms max. at 5 bar, switching frequency up to 5 Hz
• Oil-free operation on non-lubricated air, ISO VG32 if lubrication is used
• Non-polarised coil, removable, insulation class F, 2.5 W at 12 V DC
• Aluminium body and spool, NBR seals, pilot section in glass-fibre reinforced polyamide

Applications

• Pilot signals for larger valves or pneumatic logic
• Single-acting spring-return cylinders such as stoppers and locking pins
• Blow-off air and nozzles that should run on demand only

Accessories and spare parts

A replacement 12 V DC solenoid coil is available separately and can be swapped without touching the pneumatic section. For valve banks, YPC offers SF1000 series manifolds with common supply and exhaust.

According to YPC, the SF1000 series meets CE and RoHS requirements.
