5/3-way air operated valve, exhaust centre, G 3/8, pilot ports 2x G 1/8, 1600 l/min - YPC SFP5403

The YPC SFP5403 is an air operated 5/3-way valve with exhaust centre for cylinders with a high air demand. At rest both working lines are vented, in the outer positions it passes 1600 l/min through G 3/8. Pilot ports G 1/8.

Advantages

• Spring-centred position with both working lines vented, operating pressure 2 to 10 bar.
• Oil-free operation: no lubrication required, if lubricated use ISO VG32 oil.
• Body and spool in aluminium, NBR seals, pilot section in glass fibre reinforced polyamide.
• Effective area 36.0 mm² according to YPC, same body style as the SF series solenoid valves.

Applications

• Cylinders that must be moved by hand without force when no pilot signal is present.
• Large cylinders, lifting units and ejectors with a high air demand via G 3/8.
• Control of pilot-operated check valves that close once the lines are vented.
• Valve banks on the MF5500 manifold, also mixed with solenoid valves of the same body style.
