5/2-way solenoid valve, RV series, impulse function, G 1/4, 800 l/min, 230 V AC - E.MC

A G 1/4 5/2-way solenoid valve from the E.MC RV series: the 230 V AC coil actuates a pilot stage, which shifts the spool using supply air. That gives the valve 800 l/min with a nominal size of 4.5 mm.

• Impulse function: a short switching pulse is enough, and the position is held if the signal drops out.
• 800 l/min with a nominal size of 4.5 mm, 3x G 1/4 ports and 2x G 1/8 exhaust.
• Response time below 50 ms, up to 5 cycles per second.

• Aluminium alloy body and spool, HNBR seals, service life of at least 40 million cycles.

Applications

• Double-acting cylinders on clamping fixtures that must hold position if the signal fails.
• Step sequences where a short pulse reverses the direction of motion.
• Rotary actuators and linear axes needing up to 800 l/min.

Accessories and spare parts

The valve uses two coils of type T1 (connector size 1). A matching replacement coil for 230 V AC is available separately and can be changed without opening the air circuit.
