5/2-way solenoid valve, single solenoid, spring return, G 1/2, 3500 l/min, 12 V DC - YPC SF6101

A double-acting cylinder that has to return to its home position as soon as the signal drops needs exactly this valve. One solenoid shifts the 5/2-way spool, pilot air and spring reset it together, and the G 1/2 ports pass 3500 l/min at 5 bar. The 12 V DC coil suits battery-powered equipment and small controls running on a 12 V supply.

Advantages

• Defined home position on power loss, reset by pilot air plus spring.
• No lubricator needed: designed for non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 if the air is oiled.
• 22 mm class F solenoid coil with 3-pin DIN connector, IP65, no polarity to observe.

Applications

• Double-acting rotary actuators on dampers and ball valves that turn back without a signal.
• Large-bore cylinders where smaller G 1/4 or G 3/8 valves would limit the cycle time.
• Double-acting cylinders with a fixed rest position, such as lift and feed units.

Accessories and spare parts

A matching replacement solenoid coil for 12 V DC is available separately and can be changed without opening the pneumatic circuit. Several valves can be grouped on SF6000 series manifolds with 2 to 10 stations, sharing a common G 1/2 supply and exhaust.

According to YPC the SF6000 series carries the CE mark and complies with RoHS.
