5/2-way roller lever valve, plastic roller, G 1/4, 980 l/min, 0 to 8 bar - YPC RLV410

When the cam on a slide or cylinder rod runs over the roller lever, this 5/2-way roller lever valve changes over and provides the reversal of a double-acting cylinder. It passes 980 l/min through its G 1/4 ports at 0 to 8 bar, with no control voltage involved.

Advantages

• Operating force of 15 N, so a shallow cam ramp is sufficient.
• Weighs just 180 g, built from die-cast aluminium body and cover, aluminium spool, NBR seals, carbon steel plunger.
• Effective area of 19.0 mm² for 980 l/min, enough for small cylinders or as a pilot signal to a larger valve.
• Runs without a lubricator on filtered compressed air, lubricated or not, and on inert gases from 0 to 8 bar.
• Two G 1/4 working ports and two separate G 1/8 exhaust ports, so the valve drives a double-acting cylinder in both directions.
