3/2-way solenoid valve, normally closed, G 1/8", DN 2.5 mm, 115 V AC, brass body

This 3/2-way solenoid valve in normally closed design blocks the line at rest and only releases it once the coil is energised with 115 V AC. Besides compressed air and neutral gases it suits water, fuel oil and further neutral low-viscosity media, because the body is made of brass and the internal parts of brass and stainless steel. At a nominal width of 2.5 mm the valve provides a Kv value of 3.4 l/min and works between 0 and 7 bar. The FKM seal allows media temperatures up to +130 °C, while the ambient temperature must not exceed +50 °C. An overall length of 40 mm makes installation easy even in densely packed pipework blocks.

Standards and conformity

The solenoid coil with a size 3 connector meets degree of protection IP 65. This servo-operated valve needs a pressure difference between inlet and outlet in order to open and close, so the stated minimum pressure has to be maintained.
