3/2-way solenoid valve, normally open (NO), G 1/4, 980 l/min, 12 V DC - YPC SF4701

Normally open means the load stays pressurised even if the control voltage fails. Only the energised coil closes the supply and exhausts the working port. Drawing 2.1 W at 12 V DC, the valve suits equipment on a 12 V supply, such as mobile or battery-powered units. This pilot-operated spool valve from the SF4000 series moves 980 l/min through its G 1/4 ports.

Advantages

• Non-polarised, removable coil with 2.1 W power consumption.
• Switching time max. 25 ms at 5 bar, up to 5 Hz switching frequency.
• Normally open, the load stays pressurised if the voltage fails, operating pressure 1.5 to 10 bar.
• Runs on non-lubricated air, use ISO VG32 oil if lubricated.
• IP65 with DIN connector, coil insulation class F.

Applications

• Purge air or base supply that is switched off only on demand.
• Venting a circuit on signal, for example before maintenance.
• Single-acting clamp cylinders that stay clamped on power loss.
