About Compressed air distributor system »Multi-Link«

The Multi-Link distribution system takes compressed air from a single supply line to several take-off points at the workplace. The units are modular and swivel through 180°, so the outlets point to where the work actually happens. The range is rated for an operating pressure up to 16 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Version: either without couplings and with female thread, or already fitted with quick-release safety couplings NW 7.6. The first leaves the choice of coupling system open, the second is ready to use straight away.
• Number of outlets: take-off units are available from 1 to 5. The figure follows the number of tools meant to be connected at the same time.
• Max. operating pressure: 16 bar for every unit, which places the system comfortably downstream of a standard workshop service unit.
• Material: zinc plated steel and brass, a combination chosen for permanent duty at fixed workstations.
• Medium: released for compressed air and non-aggressive gases. Other media are outside the intended use.

• Compressed air supply at assembly and test stations with several tools
• Workshop bays where impact wrench, blow gun and air lance are connected in parallel
• Maintenance benches with changing consumers
• Extending an existing compressed air network by additional take-off points
• Training rooms and laboratories where the outlets are realigned frequently

Manifolds and connecting parts are made of zinc plated steel and brass, sealing is by NBR. Production is in Sweden.
