Push-in connector Y type »NonPlusUltra«, Ø 10 mm, FPM (FDA), p = -0,99…16 bar, T = -20…150 °C, 1.4404, PU 10 pcs. The NonPlusUltra series combines excellent material quality with the best workmanship. All components are characterized by maximum tightness and optimized flow. Made entirely of corrosion-free and acid-resistant stainless steel with a surface roughness (Ra) < 0.8, they are extremely robust and easy to clean (can also be sterilized). Movable fittings are suitable for continuous movement due to a special swivel mechanism. The stainless steel unions have a wide range of applications, for example in process engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries, water-cooling, lubrication, gases, vacuum and clean room (suitable cleaning of the parts is the responsibility of the user). They are ideal for use in conjunction with our PUR hoses for food contact (FDA). Available on request with EPDM seals, EPDM seals with drinking water approval, suitable for cleanroom class 3 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and with colored ceramic coding.

About Y unions

Push-in Y-connectors split one line into two branches or merge two runs, without tools and without extra sealing compound. The group covers tube outside diameters from 3 to 16 mm, including reducing versions with two different port sizes. Working pressure reaches 10 to 16 bar depending on series, and down to -0.98 bar under vacuum.

What matters when choosing

• Tube O.D. 3 to 16 mm: besides equal-size ports there are reducing versions that take the main run straight to two smaller branches.
• Series: Blue Series and Blue Series mini for standard pneumatics, NonPlusUltra and metallica where plastic at the push-in port is not enough.
• Material: plastic with nickel-plated brass, fully nickel-plated brass, or stainless steel 1.4404. Stainless is the choice for cleaning and food-contact surroundings.
• Seal material NBR, FKM or FKM in FDA-compliant quality, which decides media and temperature compatibility.
• Medium and temperature: some connectors are released for compressed air only, others additionally for neutral gases, liquids, oil and grease at -20 °C to 150 °C.
