About Accessories and spare parts

This group holds the accessories around the gas torch: gas manifolds, a guide carriage for circular cuts, a gas lighter and a nozzle cleaning set. The manifolds have two individually shut-off outlets with metal handwheels and connect via G 1/4 for oxygen or G 3/8 left-hand thread for fuel gas. That allows two consumption points to be supplied from one cylinder or take-off point.

What matters when choosing

• Gas type and thread: oxygen runs through G 1/4, fuel gas through G 3/8 with a left-hand thread. The pairing is mandatory, left- and right-hand threads cannot be interchanged.
• Hose sleeves: manifolds are available with fitted sleeves for DN 6 or DN 9, and also without sleeves. The version without sleeves suits installations where existing fittings or quick couplings are reused.
• Guide carriage: designed for a 26 mm torch head diameter, with a round guide for circle diameters up to 800 mm. Measure the head diameter of the torch you own before ordering, otherwise the mount will not fit.
• Material: brass and DKP steel both occur in this group, with the figure stated per item.
• Consumables and care items: the gas lighter is supplied with a roller file and flint, and the nozzle cleaning set holds needles in various diameters plus a flat file in a metal case.
