About Feed blocks and manifold bases

Supply strips and base plates combine several directional valves into one unit, so compressed air feed and exhaust are connected once instead of at every single valve. That saves fittings, shortens assembly time and keeps the valve bank tidy inside the control cabinet. The group covers sizes 100 to 400.

What matters when choosing

• Size (BG): the values 100 to 400 have to match the valve type being mounted, because hole pattern and port dimensions of the strip are tied to the size.
• Length: strips run from 25 to 172 mm. What decides is the number of valve stations required and the space available on the mounting rail.
• Version: the supplied scope ranges from 3 screws and 3 seals up to 30 screws and 30 seals. For the mounting itself there is also a version with 2 brackets and 2 screws G 1/4.
• Material: body and housing are aluminium, add-on parts are available in steel and nickel-plated brass, the seals are NBR.
• Expandability: if further valve stations may be needed later, choose the version with 2 screws, 2 connecting clamps and 3 seals, which lets strips be joined together.
