S2V series valve terminal, 6 stations 5/2-way, 25-pin D-sub multipole, G 1/8 side ports - E.MC

6 single-solenoid 5/2-way valves sit on a common sub-base with central supply and exhaust via G 1/4. Working air leaves through 12 G 1/8 ports on the side of the sub-base, and one multipole cable handles all electrical connections.

Advantages

• One 25-pin D-sub connector for all solenoids, swivelling by 90° for a vertical or horizontal cable exit.
• G 1/8 outlets on the sub-base: hoses stay connected when a valve is replaced.
• Reconfigurable: each station takes a single or double solenoid 5/2-way valve, a 5/3-way valve, a 2x 3/2-way valve or a blanking plate.
• Low heat load in the cabinet at 0.8 W per solenoid, with an LED for every switching state.
• Mounts on a DIN rail or with screws and runs on filtered air without a lubricator.

Applications

• Compact assemblies such as grippers, clamping or lifting units with up to 6 double-acting cylinders.
• Controllers with a digital output card and no fieldbus, where a pre-assembled multipole cable replaces individual wiring.
• Installation in shallow housings or profile frames where hoses are routed out to the side.
