Union nut for cutting ring, tube 20 S, NC clamping ring 1.4571

Once installed, the union nut presses the cutting ring onto the cone of the stud as it is tightened and so holds the tube in the coupling. It is produced from stainless steel 1.4571. The data give tube connection 20 S (M30x2). In addition the data give heavy series and clamping system NC clamping ring.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
