About Banjo tees

A T-pivot fitting brings two tube runs together at one male thread and can be swivelled into the required direction during installation. The O-ring on the thread does the sealing. All 15 items are rated for a working pressure up to 18 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Thread: M5, G 1/8, G 1/4, G 3/8 or G 1/2 male. The female thread in the cylinder end cap or valve decides the size.
• For tube O.D. 5 to 12 mm and for hose I.D. 3 to 10 mm. The two figures belong together and are quoted as a pair, for example 6/4 mm or 10/8 mm.
• Working pressure: 18 bar maximum across the range. Anything above that rules this group out.
• Material: nickel-plated brass with an NBR seal. That pairing suits compressed air, not media that attack NBR.
• Operating temperature: -20 °C to 80 °C, the same for every item in the group.
