Quick connect coupling Series 115, female thread NPT 1/8", 100 MPa, hardened steel - Cejn 101151401

Quick connect coupling 101151401 of Series 115 joins hydraulic lines up to 100 MPa and is connected on the port side via NPT 1/8".

The 115 series is easy to handle, safe and reliable, and its non-drip design protects both the hydraulic circuit and the environment.

Benefits

• Small outside dimensions allow installation even in confined areas.
• Plastic dust cap is included and extends the service life.
• Weight 0.2 kg per piece.
• Max working pressure 100 MPa, rated for high-pressure hydraulics.
• Nominal flow diameter 2.5 mm determines the flow through the connection.

Applications

Series 115 is designed for the many different high-pressure applications in which lines are disconnected and reconnected frequently. Nipples of this series are also available with a hose rupture valve that closes on a damaged hose and prevents oil spills.

Material and design

The main material is hardened steel. Plastic dust caps are standard on both coupling and nipple. Aluminium dust caps are available on request.
