Narrow V-belt DIN 7753-1, section SPA 12.7x10, datum length 950 mm, inside length 905 mm

This narrow V-belt to DIN 7753-1 transmits high power on small pulley diameters thanks to its narrow, deep cross section. The data sheet gives a datum length Ld of 950 mm.

Benefits

• Section SPA 12.7x10 to DIN 7753-1 with 12.7 mm top width and 10 mm height for a high power density.
• Datum length Ld 950 mm as the selection figure for pulleys and centre distance.
• Inside length Li 905 mm for comparison with the belt that has been removed.
• Belt speed up to 40 m/s and pulleys from 90 mm diameter.
• Temperature range -40 to +100 °C as per the data sheet.

Applications

In compressors, fans and centrifugal pumps the belt with Ld 950 mm carries the power at speeds of up to 40 m/s.

Standards and conformity

Section SPA 12.7x10 and the datum length Ld 950 mm follow DIN 7753-1.
