About Non-return valves

Non-return valves in compression fitting design let the medium pass in one direction only and stop a line from draining backwards or pushing against the pump. The group covers tube outside diameters from 6 to 28 mm at nominal pressures of PN 100 to PN 400. Flow runs from the cutting ring towards the thread.

What matters when choosing

• Tube O.D. 6 to 28 mm follows the precision steel tube already installed. Cutting ring and union nut have to match that tube size.
• PN 100 to 400 bar: the nominal pressure drops as tube diameter grows. Small tubes carry the high pressure ratings, the largest diameters in this group end at PN 100.
• Thread: male threads from G 1/8 to G 1 are available and define how the valve attaches to a manifold block, power unit or fitting.
• Light or heavy series: at the same tube diameter the heavy series covers the higher pressure ratings.
• Material galvanised steel to DIN 2353, which matches the usual compression fittings of the same standard and works with existing accessories.

All 48 items are made from galvanised steel to DIN 2353 and manufactured in Italy. Cracking pressure is 0.8 to 1.2 bar and the male thread is parallel.
