On the rapid stroke of a press the cylinder needs more oil than the pump can deliver in the same time. The SF125K0-1-4X/V prefill valve closes that gap by opening the path from A to B as a hydraulically actuated seat valve, passing up to 3800 l/min.

Applications

The valve is built into the head or manifold of large press cylinders that draw oil from a reservoir mounted above them on the rapid stroke. On the return stroke the same path gives the oil back to the reservoir. The version without pre-decompression assumes that pressure release in the cylinder is controlled elsewhere.
